Christmas Candy

Between stockings at our house and stockings at my mom's we ended up with a ton of candy. Its like Halloween all over again! Everyday after lunch I let Savannah pick on piece of candy (usually a Reese, I think because it is the biggest). Yesterday she choose a Reese and devoured it faster than I could get my own piece of candy opened. Once she had finished hers she climbed up in my lap and tried to eat mine. I told her, "No, you already had one. Remember Mommy said one." She looked at me very disappointed and then her face lit up like a light bulb had gone off. "Mommy, two!" She said. She was so proud of herself! I died laughing. She's getting too stinkin' smart.

I tried to post a comment earlier but my computer would not let me. So here I am trying again! Love these stories about your little doll baby! She is obviously really smart! I know, I know, I'm prejudiced but she really is a smart little girl!

Grandmother, you should see her do her shape puzzle she got from her cousin! She knows all the shapes except the octagon (or at least she can't say it so I'm not sure if she knows what it is or not). I LOVE the way she says oval, "hov-hole!" The oval seems to be her favorite shape, whenever she wants her shape puzzle she asks for the "hov-hole".
