Kite flying

Savannah is a big Dora fan. In one of the Dora episodes Boots gets carried away by a kite. Ever since then EVERYTHING has turned into a kite. I took the sun visor off the umbrella stroller because she was pulling it down all the way and putting her feet in it and frankly it was just annoying. I left it on the kitchen table in our haste to get out the door to go to the zoo with my mom. When we got home she discovered the visor sitting on the table and began running around the apartment holding it above her head while shouting "You's flying a tite!" (translation: I'm flying a kite!)
A few days later I got new bedding for the baby and Savannah used the "wall decor" as a kite. And anything else she could get her hands on that she felt was kite worthy would be flown around the apartment.
SOOO Chris decided we needed to take her to fly a "real" kite. She loved it, but didn't understand what the tail was and kept trying to fly it by the tail. (And the wind wasn't strong enough to keep it up very long...) But we still had fun!
